Have a little one at home or preparing for the arrival of your baby? Want to learn more about biological sleep needs?

This 2.5 hour workshop ONLINE, aims to teach families about the biological sleep regulators and how to ensure they are working optimally, empowering parents to experiment and trust their parenting instincts, supporting attachment and boding with their baby. This is NOT sleep training. This workshop is from a neuro-protective developmental perspective.

This workshop aims to:

  • teach you about the key biological drivers of sleep

  • the importance of cued care

  • common myths about sleep

  • importance of sensory nourishment

  • safe sleep

  • night waking

  • day sleep

  • supporting parents stress around sleep

  • further supports that are available

Investment: $80 per parent-infant pair- tickets can be purchased below.

Q&A: Will be at the end of the session at 12:30pm there will also be time to ask questions throughout the workshop
